How do our products get shipped to our customers?
Free Shipping on 6 or more bottles of LeanBiome
Orders of 6 or more bottles of LeanBiome placed within the U.S. enjoy free shipping. However, orders placed outside the U.S. are subject to shipping fees. Customs fees and/or taxes must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Lean for Good® has no control over these charges, and we are unable to tell you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend checking with your local customs department for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
180-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Lean for Good® hopes that every single customer is happy with their purchase of LeanBiome. However we understand that on occasions the product may not be for you. We stand behind our 180-day money-back guarantee 100%. Simply return any remaining unopened bottles to us within 180 days of your order and we will issue a full refund. Opened or empty bottles do not need to be returned.
Please note: the guarantee term is based on the date of your order, and not the delivery date.
Refund Procedure
When returning your unopened bottle(s) please be aware that you will need to pay for your own shipping costs. You will receive refunds for your original purchase only. Once we receive the returned goods, we will process a full refund. Note that bottles returned must not be damaged.
To receive a FULL refund, including the S&H costs incurred on the order, please contact us within 180 days from the date of your order, and provide the following information:
Please return any remaining unopened bottles along with the shipping packing slip to us at Lean for Good®, 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OHIO 44278.
As soon as we’ve received the unopened bottles with the shipping packing slip, we will gladly process the refund.
